Paul J. Attea


Paul J. Attea has served on the Board of Directors of Alzheimers Disease International (ADI) since 2020 and is a former Chairman of the Board of the Alzheimers Association (US). Attea has been an active volunteer leader at all levels of nonprofit management, governance and planning for over 30 years. A former practicing attorney, Paul was with the firm of Garnick & Scudder, P.C. in Hyannis, Massachusetts from 1993-2013. He is a Business Administration graduate of St. Bonaventure University in Allegany, New York and received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. Paul is a former professional radio broadcaster and worked in that field in New York, South Carolina and Massachusetts before entering law school.

He has served on the Board of Directors of the former Massachusetts-New Hampshire Chapter of Alzheimer’s Association and as a Chair of the Chapter Board. He is a past member of the Cape Cod Hospital Home Health Care Department Professional Advisory Committee and the Professional Advisory Committee for Harbor Point at Centerville Assisted Living Center for the Memory Impaired.
